Payment Policy
Your appointment and well being are extremely important to me. Since time is set aside for your session, 48 hours notice is requested for any cancellations or rescheduling. When not enough notice is given, it doesn’t allow for another client to be seen. For this reason, refunds are not provided for insufficient notice nor are credits given for a future session.

Counselling and EMDR Therapy is a Dedication to Healing
EMDR is a commitment because healing takes time, consistency, and emotional readiness. EMDR works by helping the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel overwhelming or stuck. This process often unfolds over several sessions, and each step builds on the last. Because EMDR reaches deeper layers of memory, emotion, and belief, it requires steady engagement, a willingness to explore difficult experiences at a manageable pace, and trust in the therapeutic process. Regular sessions help maintain momentum, ensure safety and stabilization, and support meaningful, lasting change. For many people, this commitment becomes an empowering investment in their long-term wellbeing and emotional freedom.
